Moving Minds, a community initiative developed by two Londoners looking for a way to increase awareness , educate, and reduce the stigma of mental health, have created a fun way to connect your mind and body, while raising funds for CONNECT for Mental Health a not-for-profit peer support organization run by and for individuals who have lived experience of a mental health or addiction issue.

YOUTH TALENT SHOW RAISES MONEY FOR MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVES H.B. Beal Secondary School student and local mental health organization partner together to support local peer support programming. Be sure to put Feb 2nd on your calendar! We have an AMAZING night for you ! CONNECT for Mental Health Inc., alongside Pastiche Arts Initiative (a program created by H.B. Beal Secondary Student Riley Carswell) is running a Youth Talent Show on Friday, February 2 at 7 p.m. to raise money for local mental health peer support programming. Hosted at the Palace Theatre (Old East Village Cultural District, 710 Dundas St., London, ON N5W 2Z4) audiences will witness a night of exciting fun and young talent. We would like to welcome interested media to interview participants and/or hosts of the event. Media will be permitted to bring and use their photography equipment and professional video cameras as all underage participants will have signed a release form. Should you like to promote our event ahead of time, tickets for seniors and students are $15, while adults can gain admission for $20. There will also be a raffle and 50/50 draw. All funds raised go to CONNECT for Mental Health peer support services. Snacks and bar service will be available, and credit cards are also accepted.
This is going to be a huge fundraiser for Connect for Mental Health! Come out to enjoy some awesome talent, win some raffle prizes and support our mental health peer support organization! Bring the whole family for a great evening out.
